Nickel Valve Seat Inserts

HOW DO BUNDY INSERTS COME TO YOU:

	The Following Spec: 40.40% - Nickel 36.85% - Iron 9.70% - Chrome 7.98% - Moly

Is first Induction melted in an Inductrotherm (Melb) 300 kg pot to 1650^°C and alloyed to spec, before pouring, the metal is checked with a ARL optical emission spectrometer. The melted metal is then poured into cement sand moulds which are cored (to give hollow bar). The bars are machined in 2 Mazak turning centers (lathes) with CBN and Tungsten carbide tooling. All our facility is registered by EPA and work cover Queensland. Bundy Sales is now "SUPER ALLOY" Foundry.
